How do my clients access moneyGPS?
Once your practice subscribes to moneyGPS, your management console account will display a unique partner referral code. This code is required during initial account creation by users. If you’ve chosen a subscription with our done-for-you marketing program, clients will receive this code in your launch emails. Additionally, a white-labelled, fully branded moneyHub page will be seamlessly integrated into your business website, serving as an extra gateway to the moneyGPS platform. Alternatively, if your subscription does not include marketing services, you can choose to provide this code directly to clients via personal email.
Is moneyGPS available to the public?
Currently, moneyGPS is only available exclusively through institutions, super funds, financial advice practices, accounting practices, retail groups, and employers, and requires a unique partner referral code for account creation.
Do I need an AFSL to use moneyGPS?
No, all digital financial advice is issued through the moneyGPS AFSL: 247344.
What does my practice get if I subscribe to moneyGPS?

What is the customer journey for my clients who register for the Money Check-Up?
It’s a simple 3-step process with an option for additional human support.
- Create an account: Your client begins by creating a free account to access the moneyGPS platform using your firm’s unique referral partner code.
- Generate a Money Check-Up Report: They will then complete a 10-15 minute digital survey to generate a Money Check-Up Report. This survey serves as a digital fact-finding tool to determine the most suitable financial advice to help achieve their specific financial goals.
- Purchase a Statement of Advice (SoA): If our algorithm and calculation engine determine that issuing a statement of advice would be beneficial, your client may need to answer additional questions before proceeding to purchase their personalised single-topic advice document.

moneyGPS is owned by Fiduciary Financial Group Pty Ltd, an Australian fintech company. Fiduciary specialises in developing technology to offer affordable and compliant personal digital advice and SMSF services. Our platform serves Australians through partnerships with institutions, accountants, financial advisers, superfunds, and employers.
Is there a mobile app available for moneyGPS?
No, there is currently no dedicated mobile app for moneyGPS. However, our platform is designed as a responsive web application. This means that our website adjusts its layout and functionality to provide an optimal user experience across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Whether you’re using a smartphone, iPad, or desktop computer, you can access and interact with moneyGPS seamlessly.

Do I need to go through the Money Check-Up with my client?
It’s up to you, clients have the option to complete the process independently at their own pace online. Alternatively, accountants and financial advisers can integrate it into their client interactions, providing support to help clients complete the fact-find. Additionally, you may choose to have your client complete it beforehand and then review the information together in person.
How much does the Money Check-Up cost?
The Money Check-Up Report is available at no cost. Clients who create a free online account using your firm’s unique partner referral code will gain access to the moneyGPS platform. This access enables them to complete the Money Check-Up Report.

What is the Retirement Check-Up Report?
The Retirement Check-Up report is a factual analysis of your position leading into retirement. It is designed for those that are starting to plan retirement and would like to know how they are positioned.
What’s included in the Retirement Check-Up?
The Retirement Check-Up report covers the following: income needs analysis, age pension eligibility, home equity release, downsizing contributions, income forecasting and modelling for retirement, superannuation review, risk profile, debt health check, estate planning checklist, and information on account-based pensions, aged care, and annuities.
Will the Retirement Check-Up calculate my eligibility for age pension?
Yes. It will show whether you are likely to be eligible, from what age and how much you will be eligible for each year in your retirement.

How do I use the SMSF Check-Up-Report?
It can be used by accountants or financial advisers, on an ad-hoc basis or via a more formal annual review process to conduct a strategic assessment of any SMSF in order to ensure the fund is meeting its risk and compliance requirements as well as meeting the objectives of the Trustee and Members.
Because it is in an easy-to-understand format, it’s perfect for going through with your clients—stimulating conversation and action. It can also be used as a compliance tool to support audits. It highlights any issues with the fund, helping you to keep it on track in order to achieve its objectives.
How much does the SMSF Check-Up cost?
A set number of SMSF Check-Up Reports are included in each subscription plan. Additional reports can be purchased at $180 inc. gst. Practices on the Enterprise tier can get unlimited SMSF Check-Up Reports.
Practices can choose to charge clients for the report and the RRP is $500 + gst, but the pricing is fully at the discretion of each practice and accountantGPS does not share in this revenue.
How many times can I run the SMSF Check-Up Report?
You can rerun an SMSF Check-Up Report for an individual SMSF, an additional 2 times pa with no further fees being charged.
How do I see the SMSF Check-Up Reports I have run?
accountantsGPS has a dashboard for each SMSF you have created a report for, enabling you to easily see the details and insights into the fund.
Will accountantGPS update the SMSF Check-Up Report with legislative changes to Super & SMSFs?

What do you mean by digital advice?
Digital advice refers to financial or investment advice provided through digital platforms or tools. It leverages technology to offer tailored recommendations and services, often without the need for direct human interaction.

How do clients purchase SOAs?
After completing the Money Check-up or Retirement Check-up, clients will receive a list of recommended and suitable Statements of Advice (SoAs).
To purchase an SoA, clients should follow these steps:
- Selection: Choose the desired advice topic from the list provided.
- Payment and Verification: Proceed through a secure payment and identity verification process, similar to an online shopping cart.
- Completion of SoA: Once the transaction is successful, clients will initiate the SoA process. Most necessary information will have been gathered during the Money Check-Up. Depending on the chosen topic, clients may need to answer a few additional questions. This ensures that the algorithm and calculation engine can generate a complete and accurate SoA.
How much do SOAs cost?
moneyGPS digital statements of advice (SoAs) range from $55-$198 including GST. per topic.
Does moneyGPS personal advice include product recommendations?
Yes, where appropriate. Recommendations may include default products from the moneyGPS AFSL’s Approved Product List (APL).
What SOAs will be available to my clients?
After completing the Money Check-Up or Retirement Check-Up, the algorithm will identify the most appropriate single advice topics for each client. Only the relevant single-topic Statements of Advice (SoAs) related to their specific needs will be available for purchase based on these assessments.
What Single-Advice Topics does moneyGPS offer?
Superannuation, investment, retirement planning and insurance.
How long are the SOAs?
Our SoAs are between 10-14 pages long. They are simple to understand and do not use jargon or complex language. They are designed for non-finance professionals while fully complying with financial advice regulations.
Does moneyGPS implement the advice on my client’s behalf?
Digital implementation is available for some topics and all other advice can be implemented with the assistance of a GPS coach.
Is digital advice safe?
Yes, digital advice is safe. Our platform employs advanced security measures, including encryption and regular security audits, to protect your data. Additionally, our algorithms and calculations are reviewed by compliance specialists, legal experts, and financial advisers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Will you be making more topics available?
Yes, we are currently working on developing more SoAs for both wealth accumulators and pre-retirees, which will be available for purchase on the platform progressively throughout 2025.
Are the SOAs compliant with regulatory requirements?
Yes, the Statements of Advice (SoAs) generated through our platform are fully compliant with regulatory requirements. Our digital advice tools are designed to meet all relevant financial services regulations and standards, ensuring that the advice provided is appropriate, transparent, and in the best interest of the client.
Can I request modification or customisations to the standard SOAs offered?
No, modifications or customisations to the standard Statements of Advice (SoAs) are not available. As the AFSL holder, we are responsible for ensuring that all advice provided under our license adheres to regulatory standards and maintains consistency. Therefore, we cannot accommodate requests for alterations to the standard SoAs.
What is a GPS Coach?
A GPS Coach is a salaried finance professional, typically a former financial adviser and CFP, who offers general advice to clients through an online meeting following completion of the Money Check-Up. The initial 45-minute session with a GPS Coach is complimentary. Clients may also opt to purchase additional sessions, priced at $55 for 30 minutes or $82.50 for 45 minutes.
Do GPS Coaches provide financial advice?
No, GPS Coaches do not provide financial advice. The moneyGPS platform and its algorithms generate the advice and product recommendations, if applicable. GPS Coaches are available to help you understand the Statements of Advice and reports produced by the platform. They provide only general advice and support in interpreting the information provided.
Can GPS Coaches help me with implementation?
Yes, GPS Coaches can assist with implementation if needed. You can request this support at the end of your Statement of Advice presentation meeting, or by booking a dedicated SoA discussion appointment for a fee.

Is there someone who can help me with onboarding?
Certainly! When you purchase a subscription with moneyGPS, you’ll benefit from our comprehensive onboarding program. You’ll start with a 1-hour online meeting with a GPS Onboarding and Training Specialist, who will stay in close contact with you throughout the next 5-10 business days as they complete the remaining requirements. The onboarding period may vary depending on the complexity of your subscription. This team member will ensure a smooth onboarding experience by regularly checking in, activating all services such as white-labelling, and integrating customisation offerings. But that’s not all – once you’re set up and launched, we’ll continue to provide ongoing support and reporting functionality to ensure your continued success.

You can share this code individually with clients or provide access to the moneyGPS platform through the marketing and communications launch program offering, which includes ongoing email communications containing your code.

How can I change my subscription?
You can change or upgrade your plan, and make other modifications through your management console account. To change subscriptions, swap your payment frequency, or add in a promo code, sign in at www.app.moneygps.com.au/management/dashboard, click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button to open the subscription offerings popup, select your business type and payment frequency (Monthly/Yearly), then click ‘Subscribe.’ You will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment gateway provider, to enter your payment details and finalise your subscription changes.

Can I update my payment details, view and download receipts, or cancel my subscription?
You can update your payment details, view and download receipts, or cancel your subscription through your management console account. To make these updates, sign in at www.app.moneygps.com.au/management/dashboard, and click the ‘Update Information’ button. This will take you to a secure login page for Stripe. Use your management account email to request a verification link. Once you receive the link via email, click through to access and follow the prompts for your required action.

Are there any training videos available?
What documentation or information do I need to provide during the onboarding process?
After you initially subscribe to a moneyGPS plan you will receieve an automated email detailing next steps. Included in this email is a link to an online form submission, firms must fill this in and answer all required fields to begin their onboarding program. Depending on your chosen subscription, this form can include, some basic contact details, uploading your logo, answering some due diligence questions, adding in your cutsomised URLs, and additionally, if our marketing program is included in your subscription there is a seperate form to fill in for this.
Are there any setup fees associated with onboarding to moneyGPS?
No, everything is included in your subscription price.
How long does the onboarding process typically take?
Typically, the onboarding process can take between 10 to 15 business days, depending on your subscription inclusions, and the complexity of the set-up required.
Are there any limitations on the number of clients who can use moneyGPS under my subscription?
No, please note that if your moneyGPS account has more than one Authorised Representative (AR), an additional fee of $50 per month per AR will apply. This option must be selected at the time of subscription.
Is there a trial period available to test moneyGPS before committing to a subscription?
Yes, all of our subscription include a one-month free trial, this is automatically applied at checkout and will reduce your subscription fee to $0 for the first month. We do not have any lock-in contracts and you can cancel anytime.

When your practice subscribes to moneyGPS, your clients are given a complimentary freemium membership upon creating their moneyGPS platform account. After completing either the Money Check-Up or Retirement Check-Up report, they will be automatically upgraded to an Essentials Flexi Individual Member Plan for 7 days. This upgrade provides access to exclusive member discounts.
What are the benefits of paid membership to moneyGPS for my clients?
Flexi and Plus subscribers enjoy discounted Advice Plans (SoAs), saving 25-50% on all purchases. Additionally, they automatically become members of our moneyGPS Rewards program, valued at $99-$121 per annum, with potential total savings of up to $2,500 per year.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee for my clients?
If your client doesn’t cover the cost of their annual subscription fee in savings in the first year, moneyGPS will refund the first-year fee.

All services are offered at concessional pricing through fee reductions or cash rebates, accessible from each service provider.
Can I add my own services to the platform?
Firms subscribed to the Advice Custom or Advice Complete tiers can integrate several of their in-house services or those of their external service partners in areas including estate planning, lending and finance, insurance, and comprehensive advice.
Is there a process for feedback or complaints regarding services provided through moneyGPS?
Yes, we utilise automated feedback surveys sent to both subscribing firms and individual end-user retail clients at various stages of the moneyGPS user journey. If you have additional feedback or a complaint, please email us, and we will strive to respond as soon as possible.
Are there any additional services available to my clients on the moneyGPS platform?
Yes, we offer additional free educational services and tools. Yes, due to the unique nature of each platform, we offer a range of different services on each. What is the process regarding services revenue sharing?
For detailed information on our revenue sharing agreement, please refer to the “Pricing and Revenue” section of our FAQs. To summarise, firms that include customisation in their subscription will retain 100% of the commission or revenue generated from client engagements with any product or service provider they choose. For engagements with default moneyGPS platform products and service providers, firms will retain 80% of the commission or revenue, while the remaining 20% is donated to GPS support charities.
How do the services integrate into the moneyGPS platform?
The services are seamlessly integrated into the moneyGPS platform through unique URLs provided by subscribing firms, during the onboarding period. These URLs are incorporated into the white-labelled version of the platform, ensuring that the services are prominently displayed as tiles on the home page.

How much does a subscription to moneyGPS cost for my practice?
What are the revenue arrangements for any financial services sold through the moneyGPS platform?
moneyGPS does not keep any commissions, only the firm and client subscription fees. 80% of revenue share from all financial services, initial and ongoing retail commissions and fees goes back to the subscribing practice, with the remaining 20% going to GPS-supported charities. 100% of revenue is retained for incorporated internal advisory or customised URLs for external referral services and products.

These customised URLs will prominently appear as tiles on the platform’s home page and within key documents such as the Money Check-Up Report and the Retirement Check-Up Report. This ensures that your clients have easy access to the services that are most relevant to them.
How many services or products can I add to the platform?
Firms subscribed to the Advice Custom or Advice Complete tiers have the option to integrate up to three in-house services or those of their external service partners into the platform. For those wishing to integrate additional products and services, this can be arranged for an extra cost of $120 per service, per month.
