Our September release includes significant upgrades that not only elevate the platform’s look and feel but also add powerful new functionality. Here’s what’s new and what’s coming next.
What’s New

Branding Uplift: Every page and user interface component has been refreshed to align with our new brand guidelines, ensuring a seamless look and feel across the platform and our websites. This includes the login, create account, welcome modal, surveys, loading screens, dashboard, profile page, library, and more.

Document Progress Indicator: A new percentage progress bar shows users exactly where they are during document production, improving transparency and user experience.

Payment Gateway Upgrade: The payment flow has been enhanced with a cleaner design and the ability to apply promo codes for discounts.

New Loading Screens: Fresh, modern designs improve the user experience while waiting.

On-Demand Coaching Sessions: Users can now book a session with a coach anytime through a new tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

Behind-the-Scenes Enhancements: Numerous bug fixes and technical improvements enhance syncing and create greater flexibility for future development.

First Home Super Saver Scheme SOA: Development begins mid-August on Australia’s first fully digital First Home Super Saver Scheme Statement of Advice which is a significant milestone for the industry.

Enhanced Management Portal: Based on partner feedback, we’re expanding the portal to include:

Direct uploading of onboarding items (logos, colours, custom URLs)

Analytics and reporting on user behaviour, data, and revenue

Live tracking of marketing programs

Ability to book onboarding and support meetings

Knowledge base and resource centre

Consent to Share Information: A highly requested feature allowing platform users to consent to share all of their responses, SOAs, and engagement analytics with their referring adviser, accountant, or partner.

Insurance SOA: Final design stages are nearly complete. Development will commence soon on this first-to-market digital insurance SOA.
